About this site
SumGlide 2048 is a browser game where you slide number tiles and work toward 2048—no account required.
How to play
- Move the whole board with the arrow keys, W/A/S/D, or a swipe.
- Matching numbers merge into one larger tile.
- Keep open spaces available while you build the 2048 tile.

What it can and cannot do
You can play the standard 4 by 4 game and continue after reaching 2048. There are no accounts, online rankings, cross-device sync, undo, or AI hints.
Board and score storage
The current board, score, and best score are stored in this browser with localStorage. Game data is not sent to a server or synced to another browser or device. Clear this site's browser data to remove it.
Respect for the original
This is an unofficial, independent implementation created with respect for Gabriele Cirulli's open-source 2048. It does not embed the original DOM, CSS, images, or logo; the game logic and interface were implemented anew.
